roller lifter question

the OEM lifter in a sbc equiped with roller cam has a lifter that measures about 61.3mm from bottom of roller to top of lifter. GM used or uses a lifter in one of there engines that measures about 58mm from bottom of the roller to the top of the lifter. my question is, does anyone know what engine uses this shorter lifter? i'm having trouble finding this lifter due to the fact that i don't know what engine it came out of. any help would be appreciated. thanks
