Newbie need help

Hi am new to this site and I really need some help. Here it goes. I let my bro borrow my integra rs 94 for the night. I dont know what he did that night( dragging I assume) but the next morning I turn on my car, but I couldnt shift into gear. I figure that there is something wrong with my clutch ( maybe tension of the clutch, cuz when I step it, the panel goes all the way in with a lil force ). I couldnt find where the clutch tension is, so can you can tell me where it is??? I Just bought this car, so I didnt know much about it. Plz help me out.
