CoBRa KiLLa???

Ok....listen EVERYBODY, iam just a confused little boy, i dont know what the hell i want to do with my car. I have a 93 civic hatchback,stripped,skunk2 coilovers/exhaust and tokico gas shocks already on this bad boy!! My goal is just beating the shit out of mustang cobra's k....Now this is were it gets alittle confusing because i have read alot about swaps,turbo,nos,etc... and each have their own strenghts and weakness YAH NO! like for example LSVTEC some say good some say bad, for a nice setup it would still cost and perform the same as a gsr but with more torque! Then theirs turbo...i guess turbo Ls is the best cause u can boost like 12 pounds and straight smoke fools!! But really running 12 psi on stock wont last...right...i dont know...but i do know one thing i want a reliable CORBA KILLER(13.6 or lower)

I have about 5000 dollars to play with so what do i do...this is what i ask all of u what would do if you were me?

why dont you put a 4.6 cobra engine in your hatch...youd have the same engine as a cobra, but your car would still be lighter...cobra smokin 4 real...holla at cha boi, TurBO-SUpaDuPa 4 life ya HEarD?!?!?!
