Headlight Motor Relay on a 1989 integra

One of my headlights will not retract and I think it might be the relay. Getting tired of manually putting it down. Checked the fuses all are fine. Anyone know how much a relay like this might cost and how difficult it would be to install. Manual doesn't show exact location so if you know that would be helpful. I am assuming it is near the headlamp in the front. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Doesn't anyone know what the problem is with this? It must be pretty common! I have a 1988 Acura Integra and my pop-up lights are UP! I have manually cranked them down, they pop up when I use the button on the dash or turn the lights on, but will NOT go back down!
