Hey to all u DSMers out there! Pretty much brand new to the DSM scene, as I am the proud new papa of a '97 GST. Talk about love at first drive. For now it is bone stock, but of course i am now like an artist with a blank easel. (As far as my budget goes, i'm more like a starving artist.) Which leads me to my question....what are some good mods to start off with on a low budget?

intake
get a cone on line its like $30 k&n is good, and take off da air box and fit it up, you might need 2 go to home depo or suthing to get fittings to make it work, also go to an exhasut shop and let them bend you a 3" exhaut.
good luck also visit dsmtuners.com

The site in my sig (RKO) has a sticky thread in the DSM section with all the free mods, and I believe 2g is covered. Check it out, might be good for a few ideas. But intake, exhaust, UICP, and BOV are the typical first mods for a 2g. See my site (POSr), tech pages, for how to build a 3" intake pipe, "straving artist" style. ;) Welcome to the site BTW, and to DSMs.

Yeah it's because the site is down right now. It's been down since yesterday morning. Should be up later today or tomorrow morning.
