89 Accord engine

I have an 1989 Honda Accord LX- i with a stock 4-cylinder 2.0 liter engine tha t I would like to swap out with a better engine. What options do I have on other, better performing engines, that will fit in the same spot as the old engine? Anyone with real knowledge on this, please help.

i have a 89 honda accord lx-i 2door standard....i was wondering the same question which engine will fit good for an engine swap?? i did some research on the internet and i saw one accord same year with a prelude engine. can somebody please help me find an engine that will fit and give me more power? thanks
