taillights not working

Hi I have a 1990 honda civic hatchback and my tailights and licnese plate lights wont work i tried chaning the fuse they still dint work someone please help me.

check to see if you blew fuse 8 again,
check to see if you have any burnt out bulbs, replace them, and then check the fuse again

it says the fuse for the tailightts is number 7 i changed that still nothing working if a bulb was burnt then one light wouldnt be working but the license plate light and the tailights aint working at all.

I think there might also be a fuse for them under the hood by the battery, so you might want to check there for a burned out fuse

i checked those fuses all them were good still no taillights.

the hazards and signal lights work but no taillights.
