That Should Not Be A Problem As Long Its Grounded. So You Get In And Turn Key And Nothing??no Start?? What Exactly Did You Swap Out??

i am using a 90 civic si ecu, manifold, resistor box, and distributor.at first i tried the conversion using the stock si engine harness which i later found out does not work, so i went to the junkyard and got another stock harness and completed the wiring and everything. when i turn the key the fuel pump goes and it just doesnt crank, i am going to try to use a friends crx starter tomorrow.

There should be 3 wires hooked up to the starter, one is kinda annoying to get on. Also, check your ground on the thermostat cover.
