I think they should sit him down for a nice talk with george w.....its torture for everybody else to listen to him, so it should be torture for saddam too.

I say let himgo without pressing charges.If you guys can be daft so can I.The courts have deemed him to be a 'prisoner of war',which gives him basic rights under the Geneva Convention.Unless GWB decides to thumb his nose at the Geneva Convention,or the courts.
