Brake Lights

I just put in a new tranny in my 91 Hatch Si. Ever since I put it in, the horn and brake lights do not work. I put in a new fuse, and the horn worked. But soon as I hit the brakes, it blows the fuse. And the door and seatbelt lights come on when I press the brakes. Any ideas why this is happening. I was thinking of a short somewhere or something. Would a larger fuse help? any ideas are helpful. I need to get it inspected. Thanks.


Also, anyone know where I can get a front lip, for the same car, besides Honda.

not a good idea to put a larger fuse in....possibility of an electrical fire. all i can say is break out the multimeter and start checkin things out.

try checkin to see if one of your break lights is out
i know it seems wierd, but my interiour lite/break lite fuse blew, and anytime i would stick a new fuse in it would blow it when i turned on the lights, then i checked the bulbs, 2 were burnt out, i replaced them, put in a new fuse and it worked fine.
