Stop Scamming Me!

Hi guys, I'm new to the boards here just thought I'd ask for some help. I have a '94 Olds Bravada. It is equipped with the digital dashboard. During my research I've found this to be a common problem. I'm looking to have to spend upwards of 200-350$ for a replacment unit. From my research I've come to the conclusion that the problem lies in the TDK powersupply soldered onto the IPC. Is this generally the problem? If so where can I purchase a new PSU?

Did I post this in the wrong place? The Blazer forums are much more active then the Bravada ones but did the Blazer not have a digital dash?
