Taco / Speedometer for me

I purchased my 95 VTIR prelude 2nd hand without even test driving it. Unfortunately my Speedometer needle as been painted white. (probably because the dodgy car sales man couldnt be bothered replacing the light) My tacometer is also being a spastick. going to 100% at random, always sitting 20% above what it should be. Just not working. Honda quoted me way too much money for a new speedometer, does anyone one?
