1990 Accord electrical problem

Can anyone help with this problem. My 1990 Accord electric door locks went dead about two weeks ago. Next the power morrors went crazy. I must leave the master switch in the center position because whenever I switch it to the right or left morror it starts adjusting the mirror and will not stop until I return the switch to the center. Now the drivers side front and rear door power windows will not work. It's been real cold here- does that have anything to do with it. HELP!
