where is PCV valve on 98 civic ex sedan

I want to replace this part but can't seem to find it... Any help would be appreciated.. Be as detailed as possible?

I have heard that it can only be accessed from beneath the car..Is this true? Would hate to have to pay a mechanic to install it, given that the part is $3 !!
