Front end conversion

okay, next qeustion. I got the tranny problem worked out (for those interested see New to the 3KGT scene thread) Now. IS there a kit, or any way for that fact, to retro-fit the really cool 94-99 front end with the projector type headlights ? I'm assuming that I'll have to change the front bumper cover and of course the headlgihts, but what about the hood? Is this a direct bolt on deal or is it more involved?

Below is the list of parts necessary to do 93->99 conversation. As you see, it might become quite pricey :2cents: Note also, that '99 is the only (and last) year, considered to be the "3rd generation" for 3kGT (different headlights, bumper). So for the best result, it may make sense to go straght for '99 conversation. You will need to buy almost everything new though, as there are close to no used parts from '99 front end around. :disappoin

For budget solution, however, you may just swap out the headlights for 94-98, and - yes- you will need to change the hood as well. May go as low as few hundred buck for everything. THe best place to look for used 94-98 solution would be http://www.3si.org/forum/
