MUDDAFUKKA :banghead: !!! My damn automobile was fuckin jacked in front of my pad a couple of nights ago. At the moment I am looking for a new ride. I was concidering an ITR but I kinda like the RSX-S too. Which has more potential and which has more bang for the buck? Any advice would help.

hey, sorry to hear about ur ride.

as for the car, if ur going for a straight-line car, then get the type s. MUCH more potential that way (the itr is almost pushed to the brink as far as bolt-on's are concerned.) if u'd like to go auto-x, then i'd suggest the type r. it was one of the greats of fwd handling and when u drive it, u'll understand why.

so its ur call...

straightline=type s
auto-x=type r

Another option even it it isn't a popular one would be to go for a dodge srt-4. These have become pretty easy to modify but it doesn't come in auto... i don't know if you said you wanted that. For that amount of money the srt-4 has themost bang for your buck.

indeed...a brand new sub 14 second car for only 20k.

thats insane...very good option if u've got that money and if u jus want something new and fast.

yeah, those srt-4s are killer. if possible i would like to stay n/a, i had a junk yard turbo in my 94 gsr and had some regretful experiences. maybe its just me but i get intimidated going forced. i think i dont know how to build it right.

well that was the problem if not one of the problems, u got a junkyard turbo. if ur going to get a turbo make sure its close to new, if not new.

id go with the itr just as much (and more) performance and its rare. i dont know about where you guys live but here there are thousands of type-s's ...

If you live in a high theft area I'd really have to suggest passing on the Type-R. It's 10 times the theft magnet that your GSR was. It's unfortunate but it's the world we live in. I'm lucky enough to have a garage, but I've come to accept the fact that if I am forced to park in the open again my Integra won't last long.

Well that is where we come in at :icon16: Search our forums and ask questions and you will soon be able to buld a good reliable kit. :bigthumb:

Also you should look into installing a hidden kill switch for the fuel pump. If you have more questions about this PM me.

I'd rather have an ITR those are a lot more rare I think. But the S is still a good car for bolt ons and u get more hp...I'd rather have the ITR for the rare factor but thats just me it'd be more cool to have one ya kno?

the ITR is rare, but once again...it all depends on wut YOU want from ur car.

if u want to go in a straight line fast, stay away from the ITR. the type s is MUCH better suited for this an vice versa for auto-x/road racing.

as for theft...jus take the right precautions and be paranoid about it (i am w/ my car.) use an auto-lock, club, alarm, hidden kill switch and park it w/ other cars behind it (blocking it it.) if u do all this, then basically u've done all u can do. also, don't add anything like a system or something flashy that'll draw even MORE attention to wut ur car has (if u do have one, don't bump it around ur house at all.)
