Washer not working

Hi:

My 2000 Hyundai Elantra has only 28,000 kms on the odometer. Nearly new still. And yet my wiper/washer motor is not working. There is no sound, nothing. The wipers work, just no spray. I thought it might be a fuse that is blown. Has anyone else had this problem? And what did you do to fix it?

Thanks in advance.

it should still be under warranty...take it to the dealer. shouldnt cost a thing to fix. im guessing a wire came loose.

You're right. It should still be under warranty. I'll also look into the loose wire response. It's possible. I checked my fuses and there is no specific fuse that only operates the washer motor. Since everything else electrical works it can't be the fuse.

I have the same problem. The solution is to change the washer pump located in bottom of the washer tank. The price is around 20 USD.
