Need to cut down on Hydroplaning

OK everyone, I curently live in Costa Rica, we get way to much rain and im starting to loose total traktion from my stock tiers which need replacing. Thing is i havent found which tiers are best for rain.

does anyone have experience as to what is the best tire for heavvy rain?

Potenza S-03 Pole Position is the best performing tire available and it's grip in the rain is unbeleivable .
