headlight questions

i was wanting to know, will jdm headlights or the headlights from an evo VIII be able to bolt onto a '03 lancer. if not, is it possible to fabricate a piece so that they will be able to bolt up.

however, if there is absolutely no way to install these headlights, are there any aftermarket headlights (preferably projectors) available for the lancer.

any help you guys can give would be much appreciated

a) there are aftermarket parts for the lancer, including headlights

b) considering you can put headlights from a 745i onto a civic, what's stopping you?
