97 Mirage Running Lights

Can anyone out there tell me how to get my running lights working? I have headlights,brake lights, turnsignal lights,but no side marker or rear lights. I have replaced the headlght/turnsignal switch,checked all the bulbs,fuses,etc.I found a fuse burned out in the fuse box under the hood and replaced it.That fuse blew out right away.I don't know what else to do.Please help!

well it sounds like a power wire is grounded somewhere, if u have any electrical mods like a aftermarket tach, cd player, check them for wires grounded thats not supposed to be. check the (12v)accessories wires and the main power wire. i had that prob. with my acc. wire to my tach
