Car Won't Start

My 1998 Honda Civic ran out of gas and now it won't start. We've put more gas in the tank and can hear the fuel pump working, but it won't start. Is there a reset button or anything that needs to be pushed?

Try switching the ignition on(no start) let fuel pump cycle, do that about 10 times, then try to start.

if ran out of gas is the only problem, then all you need to do is to put some gas in and keep cranking the engine (crank for 15 sec and wait 15 sec) until the engine start.
