I have a 95 dodge caravan. We have had many problems.
current problems we are having at the moment. Driving down the road it sorta bucks. Its almost like it stalls but catching back on right away. it has done this a couple times today and a few times yesterday.. i noticed the speed today was at about 40 k/ph while accelerating. When this happens the spedometer also drops and then kicks back in. Another problem we have been having but not recintly. Is it started blowing the ignition system fuse. out of no where i would go to start and nothing. Doesn't do it all the time its like its random. Any ideas?

sounds like you have an intermittent short somewhere on the ignition feed line... this could be tricky to troubleshoot, but take a good look at wires for any signs of chafing or maybe something real obvious. You may have to spend a lot of time just looking and snooping. The only reason I think it's a short is that you are blowing ignition fuses. Concentrate your attention on wires that are "hot in run"
Wish I could be of more help from here,

Good day forum
I have a similar problem with a 1997 Grand Caravan. My wife drive this vechile most of the time with me using it on weekends. I have monitored it for about 6 weeks to see if there is a routine ie does it always happen at low speed, when the car is still cool etc. So far I have not found a routine as it happens at various speeds etc. The other night it happened 3 times in a row and then go well for two days. I will follow the suggestion about the wiring and continue to monitor this forum.

Well there are 2 fuses for the ignition. There is a Ingnition fuse and a Ignition (Run Only) fuse. It was the Ignition fuse that was blowing. So if it were a short cause the van to lose power like that. Could it be related. What I mean is Wouldn't it be the run only one that were blowing then? I dont really know. Altho. It hasn't done either of the problems for a while.. And we havent had any work done on it or done anything to it in between.
