Maintenance light reset

I heard on the CL there is a legitimate method of resetting the Maint Req'd light using the radio buttons (just like you'd set the clock). Wondering if this is possible on the RSX?

to reset your light in an 02' RSX...

put your key in the ignition
leave the in the off position
hold the trip meter reset button on the dash board
while holding in the button for 5 secs. turn the key to the on position
keep holding the trip meter reset button until the light goes off

i saw they did that to my car at the dealer to reset it. i THINK most new cars are reset that way...well just the maintenance button.
