1999 Keyless remote programming trouble

Hi, I just bought a remote control on e-bay for my 99 Grand Am SE, in the back it says 25678792 and FCC ID: KOBUT1BT, I don't know what does that means but I followed the instructiones other people told me and nothing, is is true that I have to go to the dealer to buy a brand new or I can do it myself?; Do you know how can I program this remote please? :banghead:

Got the same remote same numbers cant get it to work.Im still looking for better instructions.
