Need help on a vacume leak?...maybe?

I have a 88 rx7 and when i first start it up it acts like a vacume leak. The revs go from about 1500 to 1000 t0 1500 and so on. But when the car is warm it revs at 750, like normal. I need help on what this could be.

Thats the Thermowax, and the AWS (Acelerated Warmup System). YOur car is running normally. If anything, you probably need a TPS adjustment to cure that idle hunting.

yea our cars will idle high when first started then drop to somewhere around 700rpms... thats how it should be... shouldn't be like mine and idle at 300rpms... still can't figure that one out

Well it revs up and down until the car warms up...like a vacume leak, takes like 15 min. then it revs normal.
