neutral safety switch

hey can anyone tell me how or if i can wire around the nss on my jeep...to bypass it

No, but I can tell you that it's not that hard to remove, and once you remove it to clean it up. It's located on the side/top of the tranny on the passenger side of the vehicle. Here's a link that gives pics and pretty much step by step:
