Does any one have a Crimestopper remote starter installed on their 2002 Explorer, the dealer who installed ours can't find any thing wrong, but it will not start on cold mornings, now it is flashing error codes ??

Yeah, I hate those remote starters especially on Ford vehicles. I would guess that it has to be from the tach sense wire if they used it. You can use a injector wire too but those change with the extreme cold. More likely though is that they didn't use tach sense at all and used voltage sense. That is about worthless when it is extremely cold. The reason is that the altinator doesn't charge as well when it is cold so the starter might not pick up that it has started.
