wheel placement...

i don't know if all fujimi kits have this, but specifically the initiald fc3s...

i notice there are three different positions to put the front wheel parts (parts to hold the front wheels)

do they really make a difference in the overall apearance? and where is the drifters look? front, middle, back? and also, if i put in front, do i run the risk of the wheels not turning all the way?

i hope somebody knows what im talking about.
