it's kinda hard for us to take your stuff seriously when you're so uneducated. instead of doing an engine swap why don't you think about taking some classes at a learning center, or summer school?
anyways, i recommend a h22 swap. prices for engines depends on where you get them. you CAN get a complete engine with all the goodies for about $2,500 off ebay (shipped).

ok, im a freshman in highskoo, bout ta get a license, bout ta get a car.
And By classes he means GRAMMAR classes. Maybe its cool to sound like a dipshit in "highskoo" but here you are just a dipshit.
What you need to do is some research. On this forum and others. Google search 'honda motor swap' and see what you find for prices and do a lot of reading by searching this forume then come back with your newly imparted knowladge (and hopefully decent grammar) and ask a real question... Then you may be taken seriously.

If you are talking about a ITR engine swap then that is the biggest waste of money, you can turbo whatever motor it has in it for less money than it would cost to swap in a ITR motor. And you would be twice as fast!

Don't get anything newer than a 97 if you are going for power. The obd-II system restricts a little. As for what I would personally do, umm, I would get a 97 or older('90 being the oldest)GS. Not the GS-R, but the GS. And then next, since you obviously mentioned you don't know anything about cars, then I would take it to a well trusted shop and have them install a turbokit and tune your motor. When done properly, you will see about 220 WHP so then you should upgrade your clutch to your preference (clutchmaster stage 3 or 4 sounds good to me). If you want a v-tec integra, then buy one in the first place...

first the integra already has a B18, IMO that is the best engine honda has made, stick with that and just build off of it.
