JDM engine in Cali

will a JDM ZC in an 89 crx si pass smog? or will it not just b/c its JDM?

I heard in Japan smog laws are more high then here.

man....don't waste your time and money on the zc. You seem to want more power, might as well drop in a b16. but i guess it depends on how much money you got. the b16 swap won't cost much more though
