No. Poop is all the stuff your body doesn't need. If you eat it again you may be able to squeeze some more nutrients out of it but not enough to keep you alive.

Well I saw on a talk show that if you have larungitis (sp) if you drink your urine, it brings back your voice.... The lady was drinking it as she was telling everyone

Funny, I was always told that human feces is one of the dirtiest and most harmful poisons to the human body. A common booby trap the Vietnamese used in the was was to coad sharpened sticks with human feces and hide them in a holse for the victim to step on.
When I went through desert survival training years ago, the very first thing we were told is to NEVER dring your own urine, as it will dehydrate you even further. Instead, you are supposed to soak a towel with it and use it on your body as a sort of artificial sweat to aid in the body's natural cooling process.
