98 windshield washer fluid will not pump

Hello,
Just wondering if there is a fuse for the winshield washer pump.
Mine just quit on a muddy morning drive to work. If there is not a fuse for the pump, how hard is it to change the pump?

The washer fluid pump will easily be changed. My mom's intrigue wasn't pumping fluid up to the window, so I looked under the passenger side wheel well and found that the pumphad just kind of popped off somehow. I don't remember if I removed the plastic from the inside of the wheel well or not? but even if I did that's easy enough. Once you look under the passenger side right infront of the wheel, you will see the pump just snapped in the bottom of the resivour. check it out
