Ok im wanting to give my bike a little more power and was wanting to get some new sprockets and a chain.... But i dont know a whole lot, heres what i was thinking of

RK 520 XW-Ring Road Racing Chain 120 Links
Renthal Front Sprocket 520 Conversion
Renthal Rear Sprocket 520 Conversion

What i really need to know about is if i should go up or down on the teeth and in the front or back... also the websites i've found with sprockets for my bike dont tell me any of that info? So any help would be really helpful dont want to buy the wrong shit. Also any good websites for that kinda stuff. My bike is a 01 yzf600R by the way.

If you really want alot more low end torque go down 1 tooth in front and 3 up in back. You 'll need a longer chain for this though. If you just want a little extra kick go up 3 teeth in the back and you can keep your stock chain.

My gearing is 2 up in the back 1 down in the front with the 520 Gold Chain. Prolly the best gearing you can do. Who really needs to go 167 anyways. Can throttle up a wheelie in second no problem.

Your YZF600 is carb'd right? If so then you cant get a PC. PC's are for Fuel Injected bikes. If so then a jet kit is the only thing you can do. Same thing just much easier if you have a PC.

I just changed over to a 520 and went -1/+1. I'm happy with it so far. Rejetting is pretty darn easy even with the dumb pressed in jets.
