Abs-traction Control Alarms

Periodically the ABS and Traction Control annunciators on my 99 Cadillac Seville SLS go on and off for no apparent reason. This has happened when: the car is sitting still, just after it has started moving, and when I am driving on dry pavement.
The dealer has looked at it 5 times and never been able to find the problem. After I suggested looking at the electrical connections, they replaced a "connection board" and the connectors on the wires which attach to it all of which were corroded. This has reduced the frequency of the problem but not eleminated the problem entirely.
They also replaced the electronic motherboard which did not seem to make any improvement. They have read the codes each time I have taken it in but they seem to be clueless about tracking down the problem.
There seems to be nothnig consistent about when the problem occurs (It will happen a few times over a couple of days and then not re-occur for several days.
