plymouth voyager wont start

I have a 1992 voyager 2.5 L non turbo i change the fuel pump spark plugs wires rotor and cap even the timing belt. it has spark but will not start.I also have power to the throle body any one have any help?

I have 89 GC with same problems... did you find a solution?

Do you have a good spark?
That will rule out the electrical system.
Was your timing belt replaced correctly?
If the timing is off, it will never start.
