Need Help!!!

I got in an accident recently with my '98 honda prelude. The radiator, a/c condenser, and the fans had to be replaced. I just installed it and when I started the engine none of the fans where spinning. Is that suppose to happen? How does the radiator and a/c condenser fans work? Also, I haven't started my engine for over a month. Now everytime i start up the engine there's a screeching noise and it doesn't seem to go away until i step on the gas. How can I get illimutate that screeching sound?

Screeching may be caused by the power steering.

The A/C fan turns on when you turn on the A/C

The radiator fan turns on when the engine reaches a certain temperature and triggers the thermostat.

almost always screetching is caused by the power steering...or mini aliens in your engine compartment.

lol.. yeah i had that probably before.. and it turned out it was the power steering.. but now i'm tryin to find a new EGR valve for my lude but it so freakin hard to get because of back orders. anyone konw where i could get one today not next year?
