"Oxygen sensors are located in the exhaust manifold and may also be located in the exhaust system near the catalytic converter."
On my 95 Alty the back sensor (Cat) is the one that occasionally acts up. After 1994 you may have 2 of these guys

Start the car, drive it for 5 min or so, shut off eng, then remove sensor. Sensor its tapped in then heated at the factory so the metal expands creating a seal when it cools. To break the seal the sensor has to be HOT. Dont forget to wear gloves lol
