99 neon codes?? 72

Is the 99 neon codes the same as the 95's?? couse I am getting a 72, and the codes that I have found only goes up to 65???? I get battery disconnected sents last 50 key turns first, then 72, and then end of code of 55. Can any one help me? Thanks
