93 escort turn over/won't start!!!

93 Escort will not start however it will turn over, radio,power windows, lights and horn work fine, new battery 3weeks prior to xmas, new starter july, tune up in sept. tried replaing the module i'm told the car still doesn't run. thanks in advance for your help!!!

Maybe the timming belt? It may have sliped a cog or broken.
