The whole thing fits in like stock but why you would want to go thru all that trouble is beyond me, except maybe for bigger brakes or a 5 lug swap. Just get a Helms manual and start tearin it up. I believe you'll need the master brake cylinder and proportioning valve from a teg as well.

Thanks for the help, the reason behind the swap is to have larger disks, better stopping and less fading. If you or any of your friend ever get a chance....check out our website "www.lowmotion.org" it's kinda like this one. But here in Halfax Nova Scotia.:flash: :smoka:

You can get the same thing by getting a big brake kit from a place like HP MotorSports. You can can use the stock caliper, 4 piston caliper, drilled and/or slotted rotors, or you can keep the same size as stock bembro rotors with pads, rear disc swap, ect. You don't need to swap out the whole suspention system just for that. Other than to say, "I swapped out the whole system."

Im not too sure what the 92 dx's have for brakes, but I thought they had drums in the rear. If thats the case you can swap out the rear brakes in favor of the integra discs. Also, if your Civic is anything like mine, the front discs are already the same as the integra's, so there may not be a need to swap those. As far as the master cylinder and proportioning valve, I did not require either of those from the integra, but you should look into it more for your application. What trim was the integra, because if it was a Type R, then it could change things, otherwise the LS, GSR, etc. I believe are the same brakes.

the DX has 9.5" front rotors, so yes, the front rotors from the integra are 0.9" bigger with a better caliper....the rears are obviously better than the drum brakes...it's not a bad idea to go that route depending how much you spent on the setup

So do you know if I can just bolt the front disk and calipier from the 94Teg or do I need the whole spindle set-up? I'm gettin all the suspension and brake system for $300 CND so I have everything. Are the front A-arms the same ?:D

To do the front rotors and calipers you'll atleast need the teg steering knuckle. But if you're getting the whole thing for 300 CDN then don't worry about it. But I'm telling you a big brake setup will take less work and give a better result.

But would it be that cheap RR?

Not really but the end result will still look and perform a lot better. It's just if, you don't have alot of money, I'd get a rear disk swap, put some bembro and pads on those, then get some bigger rotors, adapter bracket and pads for the front. I've never heard of the whole suspension from a TEG being as cheap as 300CDN but for the price you usually find the whole teg systemin the US in a junyard, you could do something better in every way.
If you do have alot of money, get a Bear Claw system, and enjoy :)

Since I'm getting all the Teg shit for $300, I might as well put it all on. The front rotors are some kind of aftermarket slotted, and tha calipiers are aftermarket too, gotta be better that my wimppy stock DX brakes, Will the front A-arms fit of the 94 Teg ? cause thay have pollyUraethane bushings too. ?

Here is a DIY link for doin the brake swap/conversion that you are doin.
DIY for Brake conversion/swap (http://home.mpinet.net/t-hero/DiscBrakes!!.htm)
the process should take you about 2 hours or so. I think a little more would be involved if you tried to just switch to a set of discs from the DX Drum setup.
I'm goin to swap mine here soon as well..you should notice a stopping diff for sure.

Id look into the other components (brake booster, proportioning valve, etc.), since your car is a DX it may not be as beefed up in those deptartments, just compare them to the integra's or Si's and be sure before you go ahead with the install (you could even find them from an EX like mine). Good luck with the project, and Im sure you will notice a difference, I did with only the rear discs being put in.

If you don't swap out the master cylinder then you'll probably get a little more pedal travel than desired. It'll still apply the same amount of pressure to brakes but the pedal will probably drop to the floor in doing so which is kinda disconcerning.
