Ok i was looking at underglow for my car, and im stuck on wut to get, wut is brighter regular neons or LED's. thanx

how do i find out what the laws are about underglow, neons and that sort of stuff in my state? (which happens to be michigan if anyone is familiar with those laws)

Michigan I think the Law is They are okay, but not while driving. You also cant use Blue lights in the front of you car, like the stobe lights or the washer light things. I live in MI also
