does it have a real rough idle or just idlin' real high?
I have the 360 (i think thats a 5.9, but im not sure)
It always has a rough idle and the dealership cant do anything with it.

mine is 5.2L the problem is it will not stay running unless you keep the engine reved to regular idle speed or higher. When it happened the second time(almost two months after the first) I just drove it and kept my foot on the gas pedal when I slowed or stopped. By the time I got home, (6 miles) it would idle fine and it has ran fine since. It scares me for my wife to drive it. So we are getting rid of it but I would like to get it fixed before I send it on down the road.

Worked for me!

Change the TPS (throttle position sensor) You can pick one up at any parts store for around $30.
Also does the engine feel like it has lost power recently?

I also had the same problem along with an idle issue. I replaced the TPS and it's been working great. 4 tries at the dealer and I finally had to tell them what to do from this website. Thanks everyone for your suggestions!!
