R34 specific lowering help?

alright, so i've seen the lowering how-to in the how-to post, but i'm having trouble understanding it... could i possibly get a worded how-to using part numbers and stuff? if not, that's alright... thanks

how much do you want it to be lowered by. when i built my suspension box stock on the r34's the wheels tuck in just under the arches with 1mm of clearance. are you going for a slammed look?
