Everyone has to have some kind of strange fears so um..yea lets list them...
1. Squirrels- theyre unpredictable. You never know when they're going to take off and maybe even chase you. I also think they throw acorns at my car
2. BIG fear...sleepwalking while having a dream about suicide

Clowns. I hate and despise them. There's just something very sinister about them (this also includes Ronald McDonald!!)

I fucking HATE squirrels. They have caused over $1000 worth of damage to my dads backyard accessories. I just want to shoot those little buggers.

I dont really fear anything...except for being truely and completely alone. And math tests.....Im really scared of math tests.

They chewed all of our plastic furniture to shreds, they chewed through the cloth of our very large and expensive deck umbrella, they chewed the control nozzles off the grill, they chewed through the propane hose, they chew all of the plants that we have on the deck like some draping vines, and they have completely annihilated the last few bird feeders we had out there. And you know what the funny thing is? They only do it to our house. The people round us dont have the same problem. I swear it has to be my dachshund that is making them do this. Every time there is a squirrel on the deck she runs outside and starts barking and chases them away.....I think that just pisses off the squirrels even more.

I hate heights - which is fairly odd since I spend a lot of time on mountains skiing and on chairlifts - and have abseiled and rappelled...

I also have a fear of death by drowning that is even odder considering I am a Master Scuba Diver.

I also don't like insects especially spiders or roaches - yeeechhhh! No I don't have anything to do with them...

The other fear I seem to have is with commitment. But that's a whole forum...

SOCK-PUPPETS!!!! :22yikes:

But really the thing I am most afraid of is being lost and not being found either that or Austrailian's can't trust any of them or their equally crazy neighbors.

1. A little bit of heights.

2. Roller coasters. Don't know why, maybe the height thing playing in, but I'm not afraid of flying. kinda weird.

3. Anything alive thats in huge numbers or swarms. Ants and bees or hornets especially.

Funny thing about that is, I'm not afraid of spiders or big bugs, unless there are a lot of them, but whenever I see an ant I get nervous because I know there are a lot more of them around somewhere.

I live in NJ and whenever I go down the shore Im so scared of getting eaten by a shark!! I'm also scared that one time I'll be walking down the street and get shot..even though i live in the most peaceful town, I'm scared of that. I'm also scared of getting kidnapped and held hostage forever

I'm afraid of heights a little bit. But I can't go on a roller coaster ride. I hate it how the force lifts your body and feels like someone is trying to push your organs out.

Being stabbed in the eye. I dunno, there's just something about being stabbed in the eye that seems to make me think 'I really don't want that to happen to me' which is odd coming from someone who accidentally poked himself in the eye with a straw while looking through it... damn perspective.

Harry Potter. Anytime I hear someone talk about it I get a queasy feeling and break out in a cold sweat. Same for LOTR, Star Wars, Star Trek, and the Fast and Furious franchise. All these movies scare the piss out of me, but not nearly as much as the geeks who really get into them.

im really scared of dieing slowly in a rank car accident. thats my worst fear. and the scariest part is that i drive fast all the time...
but it seems when i drive fast i know wat im doing??.. who knows..

also whenever im listening to music that kinda talks about a certain death or depressing music that makes me think about special people in my life, like im thinking about them for the last time and im gunna die in a car accident now.

besides that, probably huge drunk fights where me and friends get our asses kicked, mainly because it hasnt happened yet and it will suck when it does. also because i have braces on my teeth which means i cant take shots to the mouth. :uhoh:

Brielle

I am really scared of escalators...I'm so scared that I'll be riding one up and suddenly it will stop and everyone will get thrown backwards to the ground..the same thing with going down, I'm scared if it suddenly stops we'll all fly forward

BP2K2Max
01-06-2004, 12:18 PM
i'm not really scared, but i'm a little put off by a lot of aquatic lifeforms. eels, octopi, crabs, seaweed, sharks especially some of those sick ass fish with the mouth full of razor sharp dagger teeth that you see on the discovery channel. i don't mind dolphins or whales or normal fish & crustaceans but there are some sea monsters that bug me out.
I don't know if it's a "phobia" but i guess it's related; i've always been afraid of being stranded at sea. just looking all around and seeing nothing but water for miles and not being able to see any little creatures that could be lurking inches away from your feet just scares the hell out of me.

I'm not really sure why you're scared of sharks off the coast of NJ...that boggles my mind. haha

I'm scared of dying alone. Not death or dying, just being alone when it happens. Like no significant other or family or anything, just me, all alone. ya know?

A fear of heights isn't weird in itself - apart from the fact that although I have a fear of heights I spend a considerable amount of time in situations where I am at heights...

yeah but its MORE than that ya know, like where you have NO chance..and I forget who but someone posted getting into an accident..I drive real fast like minimum 30mph over the speed limit when Im not in a rush...and I always feel like im in total control but Im really scared of like getting into an accident..I hit a deer last year it was HORRIBLE

crayzayjay
01-07-2004, 05:01 AM
Do you think you would have hit that deer if you werent driving 30mph over the limit?

sorry, but someone who brags about "driving real fast, a minimum 30mph above the limit" sounds like

a) not a safe driver
b) someone who will have accidents (as you proved with the deer)

Lesson: slow down :)
