2001 T & C Radiator Fan Relay Location?

Can anyone tell me the location of the radiator fan relay. I get the OBD-II code # P1492 - Radiator fan control relay circuit. It does not appear to located in the relay/fuse box.

Fuse #27 in your IPM box acts as the relay for your radiator fan. It should be a 40amp fuse.

The fuse is OK, any ideas on what to look for next?
