Anyone here done this? My mom and dad are so I decided to do it also, help them out and I need it anyway. It’s not a bad diet so far, you eat breakfast mid-morning snack lunch afternoon snack and dinner so you wont get really hungry. The snacks are like celery with cheese or cheese sticks things like that, for lunch I had a grilled chicken salad dinner tonight is salmon. The first 2 weeks it cuts out all carbs and sugar and after that it works them back in and really loosens up. It seems to be like the Atkins but done differently. My biggest problems are that I don’t like seafood or salads but I can shove the salads down and sub the seafood for grilled chicken. Not bad so far.

I havent done it personally, considering I dont need to go on a diet.....but my dad did it last fall. He loved it and it worked out great for him. He said it was a hell of a lot better than the Atkins diet. Good luck with the rest of the diet, I hope it goes well for you and your parents.

I can't say as I've tried that one. The one that works best for me is to make sure that I eat every few hours and cut out all carbs at the evening meal. I eat carbs during the day though.

my dad dont really need it either, head doing to help with cholesterol and a possible case of diabetes. The Dr who made this diet did it to help his heart with heart problems but in the process found out helped people loose a lot of weight.

Pfft. If you need to lose weight - increase levels of activity and keep eating the same (don't increase what you're eating - even though your body will tell you too). For example - last night I went indoor rock climbing for 2 hours, did a 45 min weight session and a 30 min run. :)
