lowering 03' cavalier

hey guys, Whats the best way to lower a 2003 cavalier about 2-2.5 inches while keeping cost and drive quality in mind. I found some adjustable coilovers from racer design that can drop up to 3 inches and there only $230, but I dont know how good the quality is.
