2001 Side Mirror

I usually stay in the Honda forums, but my wife has an Xterra, and has recently broken the her (power) passenger side mirror. The housing is still in good shape, and it is mechanically and electrically sound - the only problem is that the physical mirror has broken into several pieces. Three questions:

1) Do I need to replace the assembly, or is there somewhere I can buy just the mirror?
2) Any suggestions as to where to get the assembly? I have tried local junkyards and E-Bay with no success.
3) Can you quickly point me toward a link on (or describe) how to remove the door panel? I'd just start prying, but I just don't want to break any clips..

Thanks.

Well steve8091, your best bet is probably to go to an auto glass shop - they will provide parts and labor for about $40. I have also heard that you can buy a kit (glass and adhesive) at an auto supply store for about $30, but it is probably worth $10 to get the professional installation.

Yes, I answered my own question.
