Removing Dash

Hi Everyone.
I would welcome any advice! I have an '94 316i, which still runs beautifully after 87,000 miles. The problem is that number of the dash lights have failed (Direction indicator, etc). Is it easy to remove the dash to replace them? If so can anyone tell me how to go about it. Any help appreciated.
