2000 Rs

How much power does a 2000 RS come with stock? A person I work with has a RS and says it has like 245 HP. It is completly stock and every time we race I beet hin by a 1/2 a car length. I have a 2002 V-6 mustang with a cold air intake kit and that is all. I'm just wondering.
